Larger real estate projects for 2000 - 3500 square-foot homes and above works on an hourly rate and number of rooms associated with the property. Generally the pricing runs from $225 up to $500 and includes HDR still imaging, VR Tour 360 images, drone images and video showcasing the overall property. As this is an hourly rate service it can be customized to your property size and needs.

Properties within 30 minutes of travel from Greenville Michigan are not charged for mobilization costs. Homes and properties with my 30 minutes or beyond will be charged a $35 an hour travel rate. Properties or homes beyond this that might require out-of-state travel or overnight accommodations will be billed for traveling expenses.
